    Suggestion: Council.

    I suggest that we should make decision in a council what evry or at least (excpt1-2) admin accepts or takes part in its debate. It would increase the staff work togather basicly teamwork. It would give more power to the invidiual staff members as well so the staff is indeed a team. And equalize it more.
