MS Paint thing that is not inspired

Rules (Taken from some illegible dick on Facepunch):

1.Start of small no huge starting houses
2.War is allowed but only if there is a reason for it (example some one built a house in your land then you can start a war with them)
3.No Nukes!!!!
4.Building something wont happen in one turn so you cant just build something out of the blue.
5.Dont use the brush tool, it looks horrible
6.Save as PNG.
7.No stupid things (example Space Ships,Aliens,Meteors ect.)
8.Try to make your drawings good no offence but I dont want crap drawings it make the whole picture shit.
9. Pixel art, pixel art, pixel art.
10. No making more than one turn at a time. wait til someone else makes a move.
11. If you are going to make a move, Write a reply saying "Declare", And then edit it later once you're finished having your turn. Do not take a long ass time to finish your picture.
