    There will be room for SIX and ONLY SIX rogue Civil Protection Units, as before we launch the server, we are cracking down on the amount available. The current rules are as follows:
    - No Player is allowed more than one rogue at a time
    - No Outlandish loadouts will be allowed, other than anything obtained on the server.
