General Rules

1. English
We are an English based community. While we do not treat other languages with disrespect, we wish for you to speak our language. It will not only help us, but it will keep things fast and in order.
(This includes improper grammar.)

2. Respect
Respect is a vital part to keeping a community alive. When roleplaying, please be minded that you will more than likely encounter a situation where the roleplay will not go the way you wish. In those instances, we wish for you to not yammer about the situation, but to instead go along. Too many communities die due to disrespect of its members.
3. OOC and LOOC
OOC stands for "Out of Character" while LOOC stands for "Local Out of Character". When you talk OOC, none of that information is known in-character, and must be forgotten when RPing. OOC and LOOC is used mainly to respond to help, to get help, or to discuss what needs to be done.

4. Metagaming
Metagaming is using using OOC knowledge in-character. None of the OOC knowledge you have may be used in-character, and if you metagame, action will be taken against you.

5. Racial/Homophobic/Sexist Slurs

We have a Zero tolerance policy Any type of Racial, Homophobic, or sexist slurs. Even when a individual is not related to any type of bigotry they may find it offensive. Words such as "Fagg-ot" or "Nigger" In such means will ALWAYS be considered as a Terms to degrade respective Sexualities or Racial groups. We don't care about the definition you got from the dictionary that says otherwise. It is of well known culture in the English language that these are terms used to degrade and insult. These and any other forms of slurs used in this manner will offer you a kick, and a ban if Prolonged use occurs.

6. Kick

A Kick is a non-Banishment removal from the server on account of infractions. This is not a real punishment. A Kick is a warning to stop what you are doing wrong and if you choose not to heed this warning you will be appropriately punished as the supervising administrator sees fit.

7. Out of Character Vigilantism

Out-Of-Character Vigilantism is the act of attempting to or succeeding at taking a matter of rule-breaking in "Your own hands". I.E., Prop minges throwing props, you shoot them, possibly repeatedly. Or other matters as such. The Administration staff is here for a reason and here for you, so contact them immediately if you witness a rule being broken. DO NOT Minge-shoot the violator. DO NOT pass go. DO NOT collect 200.

Impersonating Administration Staff

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for Impersonating Administration staff, or Falsely Claiming you have given powers of Administrative staff, As well as threatening to use such powers, and anything other falling into such category which causes a player or group of players to falsely believe you are part of the Full-Fledged Administration staff, or that you are granted their powers (I.E. "Don't Make me ban you!"). Any attempt to impersonate staff will result in immediate punishment without warning.
Developers are not Part of the Administration staff and any threat or attempt to ban you from them is falsified, unless justified punishment is made with no Administrators present to deliver the punishment. They do not have administrative power over you, and therefore shall never Ban unless an Offending player is endangering the stability of the server in the absence of the Administrator(s) (Prop minging, Shotcopping, Mass Minging).

Roleplay Rules

1. SexRP
Sexual Roleplay in the servers is allowed, but we ask of you to do the following. Please, if you and your roleplaying partner decide to SexRP, please go to a disclosed location where it will not interupt other players. Not everyone wants to see your situation, and some people may criticize you if not hidden.

2. RapeRP
We restrict this act because of its controversial view. Not only is it distasteful, but it is highly offensive. If we are to catch you trying to "*No.*" other community members ingame, action will be taken against you.
Change: It is permited if both members of the RP scenario agree on it and its terms and one of the staff members are informed about it or the community if no staff.

3. Exploits and Glitches
We've all discovered an exploit or glitch that is beneficial to us in some way, however, we do not tolerate using such things. If you are to discover an exploit and/or glitch, we ask of you to please, report it to one of our admins so that way we can fix it immediately. The last thing we need is for the entire server to discover a glitch/exploit and destroy the server.

4. Powergaming
Powergaming is when you intentionally try to force your RPed actions against another player. While your actions may have been completely unavoidable, you still must /me an ATTEMPT to do it, giving the other player a chance to react properly.

5. RP2win and RP2lose
RP2win is when a player refuses to have any negative effect happen to their character(s). RP2win is frowned upon, and if its excessive, action will be taken against.
RP2lose is when a player allows negative effects to happen to their character(s). While every player should be able to win against another player from time to time, RPing2lose is the best way to go. Your characters are not immortal or super, they will get hurt.

6. Basic /me action
Using a /me action is a VITAL part to the roleplay experience. A /me can justify a lot of actions your character do. Lets say your character wants to take an item that is on a table or stored away in something and you want to "steal" it. Simply going up and grabbing it is classified as "minge grabbing" and can be a bannable offense, however, if you /me taking it, like "/me searches through the cabinets, grabbing what is inside" it gives the other character a chance to react, and makes it justifiable. It also adds to the roleplaying experience if you /me everything.

7. FearRP
Your character is not fearless, and never will be. Especially when dealing with the OTA or necrotics. When dealing with OTA, don't be a hero. Your character will most likely not make it out alive. The OTA are very strong, and terrifying. If you go against the OTA, your character should be scared. You will not have a "Fuck tha po-lice" attitude.

8. PainRP
Characters get hurt. If you get shot in the foot, you won't be able to run away. In most cases, you will get hurt and have to /charfallover to RP your injury. If your character gets severely injured, you will be out for a while. You won't be fine enough to walk around in 5 minutes. If you're character is injured to the point of unconciousness, and a person comes along to medicalRP, /it your injuries so they know how to help you.

9. Perma Kills/NLR
When your character is killed, it may or may not result in an NLR or New Life Rule, depending on the circumstances your char may or may not get to live another day...but with a bit of memory loss..NLR circumstances include:
Killed by one person with under 4 witnesses
However, Perma kills, or PK's are called for when something happens like
You are killed in public (4 or more witnesses)
You sustain a lethal injury where it does not make logical sense to where you can NLR (such as suffering a severely disfiguring injury, IE, Shotgun to the face.
Suicide.

Prop Rules

1. Prop Killing
If you have the right the spawn props, you may not abuse that right. Killing other players with your props will not only revoke your rights to spawn props, but it might result in a ban.

2. Prop Spamming
Prop spamming is when you spawn massive amounts of props in a short amount of time. This can cause a server crash, and will result in punishment.

3. No Prop Surfing / Prop Climbing
Prop Surfing and Prop Climbing is when you use a prop to gain access to an area not normally accessible. We do not allow this, so do not do it.

4. Propblocks
Propblocking is when you use a prop to block off entry to another area. This is not allowed, so do not do it.

5. Prop Limit
To make sure our server stays stable and lag-free, we wish for you limit the amount of props you spawn. You may spawn props, but please, do not spawn 300 props to make your house "perfect". You are in the Outlands, and you should live like you are trash.
