SchemAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Alright, it seems we may have to swap schemas (or create an entirely new type) in order to survive as a community.
So, I'll ask you guys to shoot ideas, and we've already had a few ideas pitched.
Street Racer RP and, Warhammer RP.

SO SHOOT!

(I will also be announcing the name change decision on Sunday.)

FUCK, if we make street racer RP we'd die in a matter of hours

Warhammer RP isn't too bad, puppy would go crazy for that.

FEAR RP might be interesting, replicas, alma, we could be citizens trying to surive.

Bioshock RP, godlike, nuff said.

perhaps we could do an rp similiar to minecraft, but without the fail graphics (it'd also include the minecraft enemies, such as creepers, zomvies, endermen, etc.

Doom RP might be cool, trapped in a giant mars facility, demons, hell, etc.

quake RP, the strogg VS the humans.

those are my ideas.


EDIT: minecraft rp would look something like this, except the zombies/creepers/etc look less minecraft

Personally, A WH40K Schema would be a lot of fun to implement, due to the fact that the 40k series has a very respectable community. I'm sure quite a few of them would be enticed to a Schema based off a successful product. Personally, seeing life through a guardsman's eyes would be very fun, especially since in the 40k world people don't last long. The possibilities for events or even just story line are very diverse, they can go anywhere from Tyrannid invasion to a Chaos Incursion, all would be fun and exciting RP opportunities.

Honestly, a 40k Schema would not be a good Idea unless someone has every Codex and the latest rulebook and all the novels and all the games and all the audiobooks and all the other things.

DeadSpaceRP: Nuff said. Military, necromorps, civillians, it'd take place aboard the Sprawl, but ofcourse you'd have to be a little uncanon to make it work.

New idea, District 9 RP, you could get a Prawn model, give it the Vorti's anims, boom.

I like this, but it wouldn't work in garrysmod.
If you were going to do this, you'd need to host a SAMP server.

I do like the ideas of either FearRP or Dead Space RP, for a number of reasons:

-The one time we did FearRP on Never Hope Hospital, the atmosphere was a good change of pace.

-It'd be far easier to control and monitor any type of asspull or OP-ness.

-It'd be something very few, if any, people have done.

Other than that, someone suggested San Andreas RP, but that would require a whole new game, so I don't know if that'd be advisable.

EDIT: Also, NH2 RP wouldn't be a bad idea either. Maybe not the same story, but same kind of game idea/feel.

I like the street racer type of RP, if we can do it.
FearRP would get out of hand though, since to be honest, most people here are badasses.

I think it was F.E.A.R Rp he was talking about, not FearRp.

It's not a bad idea necessarily, but the two problems I see is repetition of RP and easily predictable characters (AKA Total followers, Complete Rebels, and Passive Aggresive guys)

Meh, Bootcamp RP is a bit, boring, compared to the other shit we could do. There's nothing to fear and shit, only a sarge yelling at you.

EX: US and Iraq.

I like everything, but the citizens. My idea is two sides against each other, in a war zone.
I know many communities have classes like this, but..
It goes from (Insert side here) Recruit - Whitelist for military.
Players can make a character for Iraq or US, but they don't have to speak different languages.
Different factions could be set up, such as Medic or Recon.

Iraq vs US Is too mainstream and every server portrays the Insurgents as a professional military.

My old community TRP did Vietnam roleplay, it ended horribly.. Almost no maps for it, pretty much the only fitting guns would be from DoD:S.

wait, TRP as in The Roleplay movement? hm, I don't remember them doing a Vietnam roleplay, but they did do a FO2 roleplay, it ended horribly.
