I don't think you realize that, Stoke didn't have the authority to hand over OTA control to you, when he turned it down, the power just dissapated.

He actually wanted it to go to me.

That's like saying that the president doesn't have the authority to turn over his presidency to the vice president...

That's why we have elections dear. But, I also don't recall this being a constitutional democracy. So, until the administration decides who gets the power, doesn't mean it's up for immediate grabs.

Hope Milk wasn't lieing when he said he could fund DRP, whereas I was going to give enough money to fund DRP for 3 years.

So, you're going to withhold money from the server, simply because we won't let you just jump up and grab power that, mind you it wasn't Stoke's authority to just hand out, but we were going to assign it to someone we deemed appropriate? Hell, you could still run it, provided you prove to others you have the right attitude for it. (And it ain't me you gotta prove it to.)
